Servers at Wholly Stromboli are responsible for enhancing the lives of their teammates and guests by creating a positive work environment, providing legendary hospitality for our guests, and developing their skills to grow within our industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guest
  • Balance and prioritize guests’ needs
  • Enhance the guest experience through suggestive selling
  • Become an expert on all things Wholly Stromboli, from our exceptional East Coast menu, to the craft beer, Italian wine and spirits that we offer.
  • Enter guest orders using a hand held POS system
  • Complete side work
  • Create uplifting and positive work environment for the team
  • Uphold all brand standards in each aspect of the business
 
Qualifications

  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends
  • Ability to multitask efficiently 
  • Ability to carry a tray full of dishes
  • Ability to carry a tray full of dishes up and down a flight of stairs 
  • Ability to learn about the dishes and beverages featured at Wholly Stromboli
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Team player with a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
